Located in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City, The Local Eatery & Bar is nestled within The Exchange, a $110 million mixed-use development in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah that features a diverse mix of residential anchored by The Local, retail space, and the next location for The Shop co-working platform. The project is a joint venture between Domain Companies and Salt Lake City-based developer, Giv Development. The 7,500 SF culinary collective opened in 2023.
